Responsible to: Prisoners Building Homes (PBH)
Prisoners Building Homes is looking for an experienced and pragmaticAssociateData Analystto help strengthen how we measure, understand and communicate performance and impact.
PBH brings together housing delivery and social impact, creating pathways into employment and generating measurable social value. We need someone who can bring together programme, site, commercial and social-impact data and turn it into clear, reliable insight for decision‑makers and partners.
You’ll help establish PBH’s benefits‑realisation framework, develop meaningful measures and KPIs, improve data quality and reporting, build practical dashboards and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
This isnot simply a reporting role. We’re looking for someone curious about what the data is actually telling us – someone who can challenge weak evidence, communicate complex findings clearly and help us demonstrate whether intended outcomes and wider benefits are being achieved.
The assignment is part time and flexible, with input expected to be greater initially while the core analytical framework is established. Recruitment will operate on a rolling basis, so early applications are encouraged.
