Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Payroll Project Specialist to support payroll transformation initiatives in the Finance department. You will manage migration activities, coordinate with ADP, Civica and Sage, and ensure data accuracy and compliance across systems.

The role offers collaboration with HR, IT and Finance teams, with a focus on process improvement, documentation and successful handover to BAU payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
• Hands-on experience with ADP, Civica, and Sage payroll systems.
• Experience with data migration, cleansing, mapping and validation.
• Proficient in Excel and large data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting payroll system implementations or transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll system migration across ADP, Civica, and Sage.
• Analyze and prepare payroll data for migration.
• Create 'as-is' and 'to-be' process maps and documentation.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, parallel runs, and reconciliation.
• Engage HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to ensure delivery.
• Configure payroll rules, elements, and ERP integrations.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC, RTI, pensions, and governance.
• Assist with change management and BAU handover.
