Job summary

Network Plus is seeking an experienced Payroll project Specialist to lead payroll transformation initiatives across the organisation. You will work with ADP, Civica and Sage, manage data migration, and drive process improvements to modernise payroll operations.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and IT to ensure smooth transition, accurate payroll processing, and compliance with HMRC and RTI requirements. A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UK payroll systems (ADP, Civica, Sage).
• Experience in data migration: cleansing, mapping and validation.
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll system migration across ADP, Civica and Sage.
• Analyze and prepare payroll data for migration with accuracy and completeness.
• Document current and future processes with clear maps and workflows.
