Job summary

SearchWorks is seeking professionals with a strong background in UK payroll implementation or payroll technology and transformation. You will work on client-facing payroll projects, including implementations, transitions and technology-led transformations across multiple locations.

Role involves collaborating with payroll, technology, data and service delivery teams to understand requirements, manage data migrations, testing, go-lives and post-transition support.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK payroll implementation, including migrations, transitions or payroll projects; knowledge of RTI, Auto Enrolment and Apprenticeship Levy is important; iTrent experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver or support end-to-end payroll implementation and transition projects.
• Work with clients to understand payroll, business and technology requirements.
• Manage data migration, testing, parallel runs and go-live.
• Support payroll data integration, transformation and automation projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks and stakeholders.
• Work closely with payroll, technology, data and service delivery teams.
• Support the transition into BAU and improve payroll processes.
