Tes is gearing up for FY26, and we’re building a team to drive the next wave of growth for our EduPay solution. Payroll might not sound glamorous, but it’s the engine behind thousands of schools running smoothly.

Location: Sheffield (Hybrid, 3 days in the Office, 2 days from home)

Six-week onboarding programme

Role: Payroll Support Advisor (Full time, permanent)

What you’ll do:

  • Communicate clearly via email, chat, or phone.
  • Resolve problems, big or small.
  • Take ownership and improve processes.
  • Be a trusted voice for schools nationwide.

Joining process:

Step 1 – Apply

Step 2 – 10–15 min behavioral assessment

Step 3 – 15-min screening call

Step 4 – Assessment Centre (26 June or 3 July)

Ideal candidate:

  • Can stay calm under pressure
  • Curious, tech-savvy, eager to learn
  • Payroll experience is a bonus, attitude is more important
