Portfolio Payroll in the United Kingdom is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to own processing for stores and head office teams. You will handle onboarding, employee records, and day-to-day HR queries, while coordinating UK and Ireland payroll and outsourcing EMEA payroll.

The role requires leadership experience, strong pension knowledge, and expert end-to-end payroll skills. A hybrid working arrangement is offered, with a competitive salary and benefits.

• Experience leading a payroll team.

• Solid understanding of payroll legislation and compliance.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience with Moorepay payroll system.
• Expert in end-to-end payroll.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.
• Manage payroll changes including new starters, leavers, and contract amendments.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC legislation, pensions, and statutory payments.
• Reconcile payroll reports and liaise with Finance for payment approvals.
• Maintain employee records in the Moorepay Payroll system and ensure data accuracy.
• Outsourcing EMEA payroll to a bureau provider for 6 different countries.
