XPERT RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS LIMITED is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the People & Culture team in Stoke-on-Trent. The role is permanent with typical hours Monday to Thursday 8am-4.15pm and Friday 8am-3pm, offering a salary of GBP 28,000.

You will support the smooth running of payroll, ensuring staff are paid accurately and on time while handling confidential information with professionalism. The team emphasises accuracy, timely responses, and compliance with payroll legislation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll experience
• Strong IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day payroll processing and maintain employee records
• Ensure payroll deadlines are met and employees are paid correctly and on time
• Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers and resolve issues where possible
• Assist with pension administration and statutory payments
• Keep payroll information confidential and compliant with procedures
