Job Description:

• Payroll Specialist
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Maidenhead or Liverpool (2-3 days in the office). Open to remote working.
• Accountable for collecting and validating payroll inputs, including time entry records, bonuses, incentive payments, additional pay items, and deductions.
• Independently execute and validate payrolls, checking gross to net pay calculations, ensuring timely and accurate pay distribution, and overseeing funding for overseas payrolls.
• Interpret pay policies to ensure correct calculations and deductions.
• Serve as liaison to employees and third-party payroll vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing according to company policies.

Requirements:

• Established payroll experience with strong EMEA payroll knowledge.
• Experience with Workday UK Payroll is preferable but not essential.
• Experience dealing with vendors.
• Attention to detail, organized, proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Managed multiple small payrolls of around 50 employees.
