C&C Search is currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a new division of an Accountancy Firm. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a client portfolio and using BrightPay.

Job Details

• Title: Payroll Specialist - BrightPay
• Salary: £34,000 - £40,000

Responsibilities

1. Manage complex payrolls for a growing client book
2. Process statutory payments accurately
3. Build positive stakeholder relationships
4. Authorize BACS transactions, prepare reports and analyses
5. Use BrightPay for payroll processing
6. Ensure timely and accurate tax filings
7. Oversee P60s and P11Ds
8. Collaborate with IT on system upgrades

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a payroll specialist with BrightPay proficiency
• Strong stakeholder management skills and client handling experience
• Experience with payroll implementation preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to perform manual calculations accurately
• Minimum CIPP Foundation Degree
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
