Job summary

DSC Consultancy in Preston is looking for a Payroll Officer to join its expanding accountancy practice. You will primarily handle the processing of payrolls on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and take on ad hoc duties as required.

The role also covers filing P35s and P14s online according to HMRC guidelines, processing furlough payments, salary changes and solving payroll queries. A minimum of three years’ payroll experience and strong teamwork or independent work skills are

Qualifications

• Three years’ payroll experience required.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Good communicator with payroll issue resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payrolls weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Undertake ad hoc payroll duties as needed.
