Job summary

Blusource Professional Services Ltd in Leicester is seeking a Payroll professional for either part-time (20–30 hours per week) or full-time work. The role is office-based and offers flexibility to suit school hours.

You will support weekly and monthly payroll processing using Sage, with additional duties as needed to fill hours. The ideal candidate will have payroll experience, be comfortable communicating with clients, and work within a UK office environment.

Qualifications

• Must have full legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Experience with payroll processing using Sage software is essential.
• Ability to work fully in an office-based role in Leicester.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the payroll manager and colleagues with the processing of weekly and monthly payrolls using Sage software.
• Communicating directly with clients as necessary.
• Processing payroll from start to finish, including SMP, SSP, etc.
• Handling P45s, P60s and Starter declarations.
• Working with RTI and Auto Enrolment compliance.
• Reviewing and reconciling payroll records to ensure accuracy.
• Maintaining payroll details to ensure employees are paid correctly.
