Job summary

• Ability to handle payroll queries clearly and professionally.
• Good organisational skills when managing payroll documentation and pay-cycle tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear and up-to-date payroll records for the Accounting & Finance department.
• Check payroll data for completeness and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Manage payroll changes, including updates to employee details and pay information.
• Respond to payroll queries and provide clear information to employees and internal contacts.
• Prepare payroll information for review, helping ensure each pay cycle runs smoothly.
• Keep payroll documentation organised and available when needed.
