Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to manage end-to-end processing on a nine-month fixed-term contract for a large, multi-region payroll operation based in Middlesbrough.

You will handle UK and US payrolls, work with ADP, Sage and Time & Attendance, and collaborate with the Payroll Manager and team to maintain accuracy and timely delivery of payroll across drivers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on payroll experience.
• Experience handling multi-region payroll deliveries.
• Proficient with ADP and Sage systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll delivery for UK and international schedules.
• Manage a large multi-region portfolio including ~250 drivers.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely payroll processing.
• Collaborate with Payroll Manager and administrators to resolve queries.
