Job summary

Grafton Banks Finance Ltd in Worthing is seeking a Senior Payroller to join a credible practice. You will manage full payroll cycles across weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly, with experience of CIS/RTI and auto-enrolment.

The role requires handling payslip queries, high volume payroll, and liaising with clients on time sheets and payments. This is a hands-on, client-facing role in a busy practice.

Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be assisting a credible Practice based in Worthing for a Senior Payroller. They are looking for payrollers' who have gained experience across a range of payrolls from weekly, bi-weekly, monthly payrolls, whilst having sound knowledge around CIS/RTI and auto-enrolment. You will be tasked to manage the full payroll function and to answer all the necessary queries around payslips and pay issues. They are ideally looking for someone who has been exposed to a high volume environment and dealt across a group level.

• Processing a payroll of over 250 clients - completing all the necessary legislation tasks
• Liaise with clients to make sure all the necessary time sheets are authorised so payments can be processed
• Experience around SSP,SMP.SPP and other tax benefits
• Carry out practice management activities e.g. WIP control, client billing etc.
• Provide additional help and guidance to clients as required.
