No matter what stage of your career, you can build your future at Tempur Sealy!Purpose of the role The purpose of this role manages end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate, timely salary payments, tax withholdings, and deductions for employees while maintaining strict legal compliance for Tempur UK and Tempur Sealy International Ltd. Duties include calculating wages, managing benefits, resolving queries, and reconciling data. This role requires proficiency in payroll systems - Workday in particular. Working closely with the UK and International Finance and HR teams , this role will report directly to the HR Manager, providing first line of expertise and communications on payroll computations.Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end company payroll cycles for 2 Companies, based on time records, commission/bonus calculations, LTIP share awards, benefits, and deductions. • Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data. • Ensure strict adherence to, and compliance with, national tax laws, employment legislation, and reporting requirements. • Adhere to Company payroll policies and procedures. • Act as the primary point of contact to resolve employee payroll queries and discrepancies. • Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet, commission/bonus calculations and payroll records. • Company liaison with HMRC. • Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review. • Prepare P11D/P60/P45 for manager review. • Assist with internal/external audits.
