Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee a multi-country payroll for 4,000+ employees across the UK, Channel Islands and ROI. The role is hybrid with a flexible approach and scope to lead a payroll team and implement process improvements.

You will manage three end-to-end UK/CI/ROI payrolls, ensure timely, accurate compliance, and contribute to benefits reporting and gender pay calculations, while partnering with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• At least two years' payroll management experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance.
• Experience with benefits reporting, PSA and gender pay calculations.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
