Responsibilities
Run end-to-end weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees.
Ensure accuracy of payroll data, including hours, adjustments, and deductions.
Manage starters, leavers, and payroll changes.
Handle statutory payments and ensure compliance with HMRC.
Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries.
Maintain accurate payroll records and support reporting requirements.
Work with data from internal systems to process payroll.
Support the finance team with additional duties.
Skills
Proven experience running payroll end-to-end
Experience managing payroll in high volume environment
Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Confident working independently
