Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Midlands (hybrid) is seeking a Payroll Hub Analyst to manage all accounting processes for the operation. You will check employee timecards, communicate exceptions to operations contacts, and ensure overtime and absence are recorded on Kronos.

You will run routine SMART TIME reports, support same-day payments, and handle pay queries from employees, while applying DHL financial policies and maintaining Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Previous experience in Finance.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
• Working knowledge of payroll and statutory legislation.
• Ability to gather and correlate correct data.
• Ability to apply DHL financial policies to activities.

Responsibilities

Payroll Hub Analyst

Grade: RCS N
Contract Type: 12-month FTC
Location: Midlands (hybrid working)

Working pattern is 37.5 hours a week over 5 days, 25 days holiday, potential bonus

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Checking of employee timecards and communication of any exceptions to operations contacts
• Ensure overtime and absence is recorded on Kronos.
• Complete, obtain authorisation and send SDP/BACs forms for emergency payments where required
• Run reports on a routine basis to extract information from SMART TIME and report information to finance.
• Support with any same-day payments that are required
• Handle any pay queries from employees

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word
• Previous Finance Experience
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
• Working knowledge of payroll/statutory legislation
