Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement across payroll processes and controls.
• Ensure payroll complies with current legislation and requirements.
• Manage statutory payments and process necessary payroll submissions.
• Build strong relationships with external providers including HMRC.
