James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd is partnering with a Durham-based manufacturing organization to recruit a Finance and Payroll Assistant. The role is permanent and located at the company office in Durham.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll and finance administration, with experience processing monthly payroll, maintaining supplier accounts, producing financial reports and supporting broader accounting activities.

• Payroll processing experience
• Maintaining supplier accounts
• Producing financial reports
• Supporting wider accounting activities

Responsabilités

• Process monthly payroll accurately within timescales
• Assist with month-end procedures and respond to financial queries
• Process supplier invoices and verify accuracy
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and maintain accounts
• Prepare weekly creditor reports and monthly supplier analysis
• Assist with cash and statutory reporting including VAT
