Based in Manchester with travel to Leeds, Newcastle or Glasgow as needed, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to define requirements, design solutions and deliver data-driven payroll transformations on

Qualifications

• Experience in data, systems integration, business analysis or transformation projects.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in Payroll, HR, workforce management or enterprise systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of payroll and workforce data strategies.
• Configuring and supporting automated data integration solutions.
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Working with stakeholders to define and deliver transformation initiatives.
• Supporting the delivery of managed technology services and ongoing client engagements.
