Job summary

Pure Data Centres Group Ltd is seeking a Group Payroll Co-Ordinator on a permanent basis to coordinate payrolls across the UK and ROW.

Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager, you will liaise with outsourced providers, ensure deadlines are met and maintain compliance with local legislation and company policies.

The role requires confidentiality, accuracy and effective communication across Global Mobility Partners, P&C, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll experience essential, including UK and ROW payroll operations across multiple countries.
• Experience working with outsourced payroll providers and international payroll processes is desirable.
• Understanding of global mobility, international payroll compliance, tax and employment regulations would be advantageous.
• Working with accounting systems and financial processes.
• Adherence to accounting processes, procedures, and controls.
• Proficient in Excel.

• Assist with the administration and coordination of UK and ROW payroll processes across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
• Liaise with outsourced payroll providers to ensure payroll data is submitted accurately and within agreed deadlines.

• Review payroll outputs and assist with resolving payroll discrepancies across UK and international payrolls.

The role requires a high level of confidentiality and accuracy, ensuring compliance and effective communication between Global Mobility Partners, P&C, and outsourced payroll providers. The successful candidate will help ensure payroll processes are delivered efficiently and in accordance with local legislative requirements and company policies.
