Job summary

Pure Data Centres Group is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support UK and international payroll processes, oversee journal entries in Oracle, and handle queries with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll (Advantage if understanding of Global payroll set-up/processing)
• Working with accounting systems and financial processes

• Proficient in Excel

Ensuring compliance and continual communications between Global Mobility Partners, P&C, and outsourced payroll providers to enable the business to have reassurance that procedures and strict compliance is adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of the Group Payroll Processes (UK and ROW)
• Assist with producing journals for implementation into finance system (Oracle)
• Attend meetings and assist Global Mobility Partners, P&C and payroll providers when required
• Manage internal and external queries – Including payroll calculations
• Check, update, and assist with implementation of payroll processes and procedures
