Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime
Liaise with HR and Finance departments regarding payroll queries
Prepare and submit reports to management and statutory bodies as required
Assist with month-end and year-end payroll activities
Respond to employee payroll inquiries promptly and professionally
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in payroll processing or clerical role preferred
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel
Basic understanding of payroll legislation and tax regulations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
