Qualifications

• Experience in a similar payroll management role.
• Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and tax obligations.
• Familiarity with Payrite Software preferred.
• Experience with AE pensions, CIS, BACS, year-end procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the payroll team and deliver a high-level payroll service.
• Process multiple payrolls and related operations, including billing and debt chasing.
• Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and provide support.
• Ensure accuracy and timely year-end reporting.
