We are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a new Payroll & Benefits Manager.
This is a highly successful organisation with excellent culture and values, offering hybrid working options with 2-3 days per week working in the Tadcaster office.
In this key role, you will oversee the payroll and benefits administration functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and management of the employee benefits programme. You will also be responsible for managing HR data, reporting, and analytics to support informed decision-making.
We are looking for a forward-thinking and enthusiastic Payroll Manager with excellent communication and relationship development skills. You should have a strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and ideally previous experience managing or administering employee benefits. Excellent data reporting, analysis, and presentation skills are essential, along with meticulous attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
Experience with payroll systems is highly desirable, and supporting a new system implementation would be advantageous.
