We are currently looking for a Payroll, Benefits & HR Specialist to join our HR team.

Responsibilities of the Payroll, Benefits & HR Specialist include:

  • Process and manage end-to-end payroll across 4 entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage different payroll cycles and requirements for each company, ensuring smooth operations and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain employee records in HR and payroll systems, keeping data up-to-date for payroll processing.
  • Build strong relationships with department heads to ensure systems are updated in real-time for accurate recording.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Manage benefits, including leading on annual benefits renewal.

Experience & Qualifications required:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality.
  • Experience with payroll processing software (Fourth and Dayforce advantageous).
  • Solid understanding of payroll legislation and tax regulations.

The club is closed on Bank Holidays and during Christmas each year.
