Qualifications

• 1 year payroll experience
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with payroll data systems like Sage would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Full start to finish payroll processing for the group
• Analyze key trends and variances between staffing costs and budget
• Develop and maintain a suite of reports for Finance and Operations managers
• Collate payroll data from depots and verify time and attendance data
• Build relationships with staff and managers to ensure payroll accuracy
• Handle manual calculations and reconcile payroll data in Excel
• Administer liability orders and pension submissions
• Oversee employee benefits administration and on-boarding/off-boarding processes
