Job summary

Place2Be is seeking a Payroll, Benefits and People Data Administrator to ensure accurate payroll processing, benefits administration and robust people data management. You will work closely with People & Culture and Finance to deliver high-quality employee experiences and reliable workforce reporting.

The role focuses on data accuracy, GDPR compliance and efficient administration of payroll systems, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and reporting capabilities across the

Qualifications

  • Experience of payroll administration and payroll processing.
  • Experience maintaining HRIS with focus on data quality and integrity.
  • Ability to produce, analyze and interpret people data, reports and management information.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, data protection requirements and handling of sensitive employee information.
  • Excellent organisational, numerical and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Administer payroll, benefits and people data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide accurate workforce data and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance and other teams.
  • Contribute to process improvements for payroll, benefits and HR systems.

Job description

As our Payroll, Benefits and People Data Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time. This role is central to delivering a high-quality employee experience through the effective administration of payroll, benefits and people systems, while providing accurate workforce data and reporting to support informed decision-making. Working closely with colleagues across People & Culture, Finance and the wider organisation, you will help ensure our people feel valued and supported so they can focus on making a difference to children's lives.

Key Requirements
  • Experience of payroll administration and payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
  • Experience maintaining and administering HR Information Systems (HRIS), with a strong focus on data quality and integrity.
  • Ability to produce, analyse and interpret people data, reports and management information accurately.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, data protection requirements and the handling of sensitive employee information.
  • Excellent organisational, numerical and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
