Qualifications

• Payroll or payroll administration experience.
• Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the end-to-end payroll process using Miracle Pay.
• Assisting with payroll queries and employee requests.
• Processing overtime, allowances and deductions.
• Supporting statutory payments, pensions and year-end activities.
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring compliance.
• Contributing to payroll administration and continuous improvement.
