About the team

Our payroll team supports our clients in managing their payroll functions and ensuring compliance with payroll legislation. Our successful team of over 70 professionals is expanding across all areas and is looking for additional team members.

About the role
  • Assist with the administration and processing of payrolls within the team, providing a first-class payroll bureau service to clients.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of multiple end-to-end client payrolls, including RTI submissions and processing end-of-year forms P60.
  • Use payroll software efficiently, including import/export functions and report writing (full training provided).
  • Process manual payroll calculations, including pro-rata salary calculations and salary sacrifice schemes.
  • Apply knowledge of statutory payments, pension schemes, including AE process and pension uploads to providers' websites.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts at all levels.
What are we looking for?
  • Keen interest in pursuing a career within payroll.
  • Some experience in payroll or finance.
  • Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in previous roles.
  • A self-starter who can organize and prioritize workload.
