Your New Role: This role reports to the Head of Transactional HR and involves actively managing weekly and monthly payroll activities, along with the Group’s compensation and benefits scheme. You will provide efficient support and guidance to the wider payroll team, ensuring a professional and compliant approach at all times.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  1. Practical experience of working in a payroll environment
  2. People management experience
  3. The ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  4. The ability to work under pressure with changing priorities
  5. Effective diary management, planning, and organisation skills
  6. Ability to work with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  7. Ensure compliance for Year-End activities including P11d, P60, FPS, and EPS submissions and reconciliations
  8. Continuous improvement of the payroll and benefits systems, including testing fixes and updates as required
