Payroll Administrator - HR Experience

Location: Abingdon on Thames - 3 days onsite a week

Contract: 3 months - potential to turn permanent

Inside of IR35

Rate: £15 per hour

My client is looking for a HR Administrator with extensive payroll experience.

ROLE PURPOSE

  • Provide a quality, timely, accurate, professional, and friendly service to colleagues, resolving queries professionally and promptly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all colleagues on employee lifecycle enquiries.
  • Prepare payroll reports to send to payroll.
  • Work as part of a regional and global team, collaborating with Specialists within People Operational Excellence, People team Centres of Excellence, and HR Business Partners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, candidates, and outsourced providers as needed.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

  • Solid experience in a similar HR Administrator role, ideally within a large business or HR shared service environment.
  • Experience of payroll processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems, processes, and policies.
  • Strong understanding of local HR employment laws per region.
  • Strong HRIS skills, including data processing experience.
  • Experience in a generalist HR role is beneficial.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP HR is a plus.
