Job summary

Equans is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team based at Callflex Business Park on a temporary basis (12 months). This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package

You'll be based at our super modern Shared Services office in Wath-upon-Dearne, which is a dynamic multifunctional operation, where our people are committed to delivering great services that enable our business to meet its goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in payroll processing and administration.
• Able to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong work ethic.
• Good communicator with interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the My Employees Service platform.
• General administrating - updating HR Net records.
• On-boarding of new starters to the payroll system.
• Processing leavers.
• Stitch documents together & checking data.
• Work across multiple IT systems in support of on-site teams.
• Any other reasonable request by the line manager.
