Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK seeks an experienced Payments Advisory Director to lead strategic consulting and delivery in the payments space across major accounts. You will shape innovation agendas, drive cross-functional teams, and own client relationships from discovery through execution.

You will guide market-facing propositions, advise on regulatory and technology trends, and contribute to sales opportunities with senior stakeholders across the UK.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of current trends and regulatory requirements in payment processing and banking.
• Experience in developing strategic programs and delivering complex projects.
• Proven ability to build client networks and generate revenues at director level.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting and project management in the payments sector from conception to implementation.
• Develop strategies and solutions for traditional and innovative payment topics (cards, instant payments, CBDC, crypto, trade finance).
• Lead and develop consultants, drive new topics and sales across priority UK accounts.
