Job summary

Cleo is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own Cleo’s payment rails and money-movement roadmap—defining how customers bring money in, move it across Cleo products, and access it when needed. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance and banking partners to shape the future of payments.

You’ll own the roadmap for deposits, transfers, and outbound movement, while building a strong point of view on rails, crypto, and funding orchestration.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on US payment rails experience (ACH, card networks, interchange) – recent and substantial.
• Experience across multiple payment partners/rails rather than a platform-only role.
• Comfort owning ambiguity and setting vision where none exists.
• Strong narrative and flawless execution.
• Crypto/stablecoin as a payment rail is a nice-to-have, with a point of view.
• International payment rails exposure (UK) is a nice-to-have, given Cleo's expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for how customers move money into, around, and out of Cleo – direct deposit top-ups, internal transfers, and outbound movement.
• Build fluency in US payment rails (ACH, FedNow, card networks) and represent Cleo in shaping partner roadmaps.
• Partner with banking and processing partners to orchestrate money movement across multiple rails and partners.
• Develop a point of view on stablecoin and crypto as a future rail for moving money in and out of Cleo.
• Contribute to the intelligent funding orchestration vision—selecting funding sources (EWA, BNPL, savings) at transaction time.
• Set and communicate a clear narrative for why payment rails and money movement matter to stakeholders.
• Maintain flawless execution on cash inflow/outflow while building the long-term vision.
