Job summary

Un cabinet d'avocats international de premier plan recherche un Avocat en Droit des Paiements pour une mission de 3 à 6 mois. Le candidat retenu devra avoir au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de dossiers de réglementation des paiements et pourra commencer immédiatement. Cette mission suit un arrangement de travail hybride, avec quelques jours à Londres.

Qualifications

• Qualification en tant qu'Avocat (Angleterre et pays de Galles ou autre juridiction du Commonwealth).
• Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en droit des paiements.
• Expérience en pratique privée dans des cabinets prestiges.

Responsibilities

• Gérer une charge complète de dossiers en matière de réglementations relatives aux paiements.
• Conseiller les clients sur les réglementations de transfert transfrontalier.
• Commencer immédiatement ou à court terme.

Payments Regulatory Lawyer. 3-6 month Assignment. ALSP/International Law Firm. 5+ PQE.

We are currently working closely with a market-leading ALSP that is looking for Payments Regulatory Lawyers with upwards of 5 years’ PQE, who will be available for a 3-6 month assignment with a leading international firm. The assignment is due to start imminently and will likely follow a hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days per week in the London office.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Qualification as a Solicitor (England and Wales or another commonwealth jurisdiction, such as Australia and/or New Zealand, for example)
• Upwards of 5 years’ PQE in handling a full caseload of payments regulatory matters
• Excellent private practice experience gained at magic circle, silver circle, US or international firms
• Outstanding experience in advising clients on Cross Border Transfer Regulations, Wire Transfer Regulations and Payment Services Regulations 2017
• Notable organisational skills with the ability to balance a busy caseload
• The ability to start a new role immediately or at short notice
