The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fintech/payments compliance, strong judgment, and the ability to translate complex regulations into practical guidance for product and growth initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer with fintech/payments compliance experience.
• Experience advising on regulatory requirements including AML/KYC.
• Ability to translate regulatory guidance into business-ready advice.
• Global or regional exposure in fintech or creator economy is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Counsel and partner with product teams on payment issues across the region.
• Advise on money transfer services, e-money, tokens, and stored value facilities.
• Collaborate with compliance, BD, and tech teams on payment projects.
• Guide licensing and regulator interactions for payments solutions.
• Develop scalable processes for legal review and product launches.
• Stay current on EU/UK financial service regulations (AML, KYB, KYC).
• Act as trusted advisor to senior management and TikTok units.
