Job summary

TikTok is seeking a senior UK/EU-qualified lawyer to lead the Ops and Marketing legal team for EMEA in its Global Ecommerce function. Based in London, you will advise across UK, EU, and broader EMEA markets on compliance, commercial, and operational matters for the fast-growing e-commerce business.

You will oversee a team, manage complex cross-border agreements, and translate EU and national regulations into practical business guidance, driving scalable contracting and policy playbooks.

Qualifications

• Qualified UK or EU lawyer with strong academic credentials.
• Extensive practice advising e-commerce or technology businesses in EMEA.
• Deep knowledge of UK/EU digital platforms, retail, and consumer law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Ops & Marketing regional legal team across multiple EMEA markets.
• Draft, negotiate and manage commercial agreements for digital commerce platforms.
• Support market launches with compliant contracting templates and policy frameworks.
• Provide proactive guidance on regulatory developments and cross-border selling models.
