Job summary

PSD Scotland is recruiting for a Finance Payments role to deliver accurate, compliant payments to NHS Health Boards and government departments. The post requires numerate, confidential handling of sensitive information and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have an HNC/HND or equivalent, with experience using NHS e-Fin, FPM and CoMap, and must be able to pass a Disclosure Scotland check.

Qualifications

• Educated to HNC/HND level with experience ofMicrosoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with NHS Systems e-Fin, Finance Process Manager (FPM) and CoMap.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Payments Lead to manage payments on behalf of NHS Health Boards and other organisations.
• Ensure payments comply with financial regulations and probity standards.
• Maintain accurate and secure handling of confidential information.
