Job summary

Ticket Tailor is launching a brand-new payments team and hiring two Payment Product Engineers to form the engineering heart of it. You'll own greenfield work and maintain existing payment integrations, helping event organisers get paid through our platform.

You’ll work in a small team with a Product Manager, Architects, and a Head of Product Design, pairing, reviewing, and shaping the product from problem understanding to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-scale, secure payment integrations.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS requirements and compliance practices.
• Experience working in product teams with Product Managers.
• Interest in AI-native development and adapting to evolving tools.
• Ability to amplify impact using AI and agentic engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the new payments product and existing integrations.
• Own problem understanding through to design and delivery.
• Collaborate with PMs, Architects, and Designers in a small team.
• Pair, review, unblock, and provide feedback within the team.
• Apply AI tools creatively to improve velocity and quality.
• Shape payment-system design with clear architectural decisions.
