Job summary

J.P. Morgan Personal Investing is seeking a Product Analyst for Payments to build the metrics and reporting foundation that powers evidence-based decisions.

You will work with Product Managers, Engineering, Operations and Data teams to define success, measure it, and communicate insights across squads within our fintech platform. You will contribute to establishing the Payments metrics framework, translating complex data into clear narratives and partnering with engineering to maintain data

Qualifications

• Typically, 4–7+ years' experience in a product/analytics role.
• Degree in a quantitative/technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a product analytics/ownership role with hands-on delivery.
• Strong SQL skills and KPI framework experience, plus ability to go beyond SQL with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain weekly performance reporting cadence across Product, Operations and Issue Management.
• Translate data into exec-ready narratives to inform product decisions and priorities.
• Identify patterns and signals in data to inform product health and proactive improvements.
• Define and own the Payments metrics framework in collaboration with Product Lead.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure accurate data dictionaries and documentation.
