Job summary

Ventula Consulting Ltd. is seeking a delivery-focused program manager to ensure operational readiness for a new payments platform across markets. You will collaborate with product, engineering, operations and vendors to bridge platform and service readiness from design through go-live.

The role requires leading service readiness, process mapping and tooling implementation, with governance forums and hypercare support. Hybrid work in London offers a permanent, high-impact opportunity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading service readiness / acceptance-into-service workstreams within a large-scale platform transformation.
• Experience in service design and process mapping.
• Experience implementing enterprise-wide tooling as part of an operating model change.
• Experience with operational/acceptance testing and failover/DR testing.
• Hypercare planning and early-life support experience.
• Excellent communicator with hands-on delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead service design and process/procedure mapping, identifying gaps and translating them into platform requirements.
• Own the enterprise-wide servicing tool vision and coordinate its implementation with vendors and internal teams.
• Run technical service readiness governance forums and track readiness risks and dependencies.
• Design and deliver Ops training and own operational testing and hypercare through to live service acceptance.
