Job summary

loveholidays is seeking a Product Manager for the Payments platform within the Shopping team in the UK. You will own strategy and delivery for payments, collaborating with Engineering, Commercial Payments and market experts to enable cross-market capabilities and AI-informed improvements.

You will lead data-driven decisions, manage provider integrations and fraud controls, and ensure reliable payment data is exposed to teams for better decisions and smoother customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Platform product experience owning a technical, API-led or data-rich platform used across multiple journeys.

Responsibilities

• Define the Payments platform vision, roadmap and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers, commercial and market teams to translate requirements into reusable platform capabilities.
• Expose reliable payment data and provider insights to improve performance and reduce failures.
• Lead delivery across payment services, provider integrations and fraud controls to keep the platform simple for teams.
• Explain trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and align on decisions.
