The Payment Services Team supports the University’s teaching, research, and professional services through efficient purchase to pay and expense processes. Last year, the university raised 100,000 purchase orders, paid 111,000 supplier invoices, and processed 26,000 reimbursement claims.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual with significant experience in finance processes such as expenses, purchasing, and payments, including facilitating domestic and international payment runs. Experience with finance systems like Business World, especially in reporting, data extraction, and analysis, is desirable.
Applicants should demonstrate the ability to manage high transaction volumes under tight deadlines and have a proven record of process improvements. Supervisory experience is essential. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, are required; experience with Business World or similar software is preferred.
