Lloyds Clinical is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to support the treatment of 100,000 patients across the UK. About The Role
As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will support the treatment of 100,000 patients across the UK as part of the patient services team. Your responsibilities include managing medication enquiries, booking deliveries, coordinating prescriptions, and communicating with patients and hospitals. You will be part of our contact centre, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class customer service. A caring nature and excellent telephone manner are essential for this role.
Site Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 22:00, Saturday 08:00 - 16:00. You may be asked to cover any 7.5-hour shift within these times.
Interview: Suitable candidates will be invited to an assessment evening on Thursday, 19th June from 5 pm, following a short telephone interview. Please note, attendance is by invitation only.
