Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital is seeking a Patient Service Administrator for the reception team. This part-time role involves greeting patients, handling enquiries, booking appointments, and directing customers to the correct areas.
Strong communication and IT skills are essential to provide empathetic and efficient service. Ideal candidates will have reception or healthcare admin experience, and be comfortable with confidential information.
Reception - Permanent - Part Time - Monday - Sunday Shifts
£25,545 pro rata, per annum depending on experience 15 hours per week Shifts: Monday - Saturday between 6:30am-9:30pm & Sunday 8am-8pm
