Responsibilities

• Managing inbound patient enquiries across multiple Ark Dentistry sites
• Converting enquiries into booked consultations and appointments
• Proactively identifying and filling white space within clinicians’ diaries
• Following up patients who have enquired but haven’t yet booked
• Coordinating appointments across general, cosmetic and specialist treatments
• Working closely with Treatment Coordinators, clinicians and patient-facing teams
• Ensuring patients receive a consistent, high-quality experience from their very first enquiry
• Monitoring booking activity, conversion and diary performance
• Occasionally travelling between practices to build relationships with teams and understand individual site requirements
