Job summary

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Safety Clinical Coordinator to organise and coordinate the Trust's Rapid Review Process and trust-wide patient safety learning events. The role works closely with the Patient Safety Team, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to deliver engaging events that promote learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Post Registration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the rapid review process and trust-wide patient safety learning events.
• Support the patient safety team in delivering PSIRF-aligned activities and learning.
• Produce high level reports relating to patient safety events and learning responses for trust-wide quality reporting.
• Coordinate student placements within the team.
• Provide cross-cover and manage workload priorities to meet deadlines.
