This role requires PSIRF knowledge, NHS safety guidance, and CQC awareness, plus strong organisation and reporting skills. Hybrid Birmingham role on a 12‑month fixed term contract.

We are looking for a Patient Safety Advisor to support the delivery of our patient safety and clinical governance framework across the organisation.
Working closely with the clinical governance and operational teams, you will support the management of patient safety incidents, identify themes and learning, and help ensure that lessons are embedded into practice.
